Effective date: April 3, 2026
Gymnasts should arrive dressed in full Namixx uniform, with their hair tied back and all jewellery removed prior to the session.
Please note that changing facilities are unavailable, so gymnasts should arrive ready for class.
Where possible, please ensure gymnasts use the toilet before arriving. Toilet facilities are available if needed.
All members are required to set up a Direct Debit for payment.
Payments will be collected on your selected payment date each month.
We understand that, on occasion, payments may fail. In the event of a failed payment, we will attempt to collect payment up to three times within a four-week period. Parents and carers will be notified by email of any failed payment attempts.
If all three payment attempts are unsuccessful, an additional £12 late payment fee will be added to the monthly subscription balance.
If you have any concerns, please contact our Welfare or Safeguarding Officers in the first instance:
At Namixx, we promote an environment that is kind, respectful, and mindful of others.
All children and adults attending classes are expected to uphold these values at all times.
In cases of verbally or physically abusive behaviour, the Head Coach reserves the right to terminate membership immediately.
We pride ourselves not only on developing great athletes, but also on encouraging children to become respectful and positive individuals.
No refunds or credits will be issued once payment for classes has been made.
If a gymnast is unable to attend classes due to illness or medical reasons, their monthly subscription may be paused upon request.
If holidays are taken during term time, course fees will not be reduced. Full payment remains required, and refunds or credits will not be issued for missed sessions due to holidays.
If you wish to cancel your membership, refunds will not be issued.
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to the Namixx admin team at least one month prior to the intended cancellation date.
Parents and carers are asked to escort their children into the venue and remain within the designated spectator area provided.
Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before the start of the class.
Full payment for camp must be made at least two weeks prior to the start date.
Camps operate on a first come, first served basis. Spaces are limited and places are only secured once full payment has been received.
Namixx camps are suitable for children aged 5 to 12 years old.
Children should attend camp dressed in comfortable sports clothing suitable for physical activity.
A packed lunch and sufficient drinks should be brought each day.
For safety reasons, all jewellery must be removed prior to attending camp, and long hair must be tied back.
Namixx cannot accept responsibility for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal belongings brought to camp.
Parents and carers must inform Namixx of any medical conditions, allergies, additional needs, or required medication prior to attending camp.
Any medication brought to camp must be clearly labelled and handed to a member of staff at drop off.
To help us maintain a safe environment for all children, parents and carers must notify us of any severe allergies, including food allergies such as nuts, so appropriate precautions can be taken where necessary.
Camp activities may vary from day to day and can include gymnastics, games, team activities, skill development, fitness-based activities, and free play on specialised equipment.
At Namixx, we promote an environment that is kind, respectful, and mindful of others.
Any child displaying disruptive, verbally abusive, or physically abusive behaviour may be asked to not attend future camps if deemed necessary by the Head Coach.
Parents and carers must provide at least one emergency contact number that will remain available throughout camp hours.
No refunds or credits will be issued once payment for camp has been made.
If your child is unable to attend due to illness or medical reasons, please notify the Namixx admin team as soon as possible.
Parents and carers are asked to escort children into the venue at drop off and collect them promptly at the end of each camp day.
Please note that parents and carers are not permitted to remain and watch during camp sessions unless otherwise stated by a member of the Namixx team.
To secure your party date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Deposits will only be refunded in the event that Namixx cancels the party booking.
Full payment for the remaining balance must be made at least two weeks prior to the party date.
Party packages are based on the number of attendees selected at the time of booking.
If a party is booked for 1–20 children, no additional attendees may be brought unless agreed in advance.
Should the number of attendees exceed the selected package size, the difference in cost for the 21+ attendee package will be charged accordingly.
We provide a foyer area where guests may enjoy refreshments, snacks, and birthday cake during the party.
We kindly ask that all guests clean up after themselves and leave the area tidy following the party.
Due to the venue’s high ceilings, we kindly ask guests not to bring helium balloons into the venue. If you wish to decorate for the party, we recommend arriving no more than 30 minutes before the scheduled party start time.
Children should attend the party dressed in comfortable sports clothing suitable for physical activity.
For safety reasons, all jewellery must be removed prior to activities, and long hair must be tied back.

This is now starting to feel like a properly run organisation rather than just a casual booking form. The tone is clear but still parent-friendly, which is exactly where you want to be.
