Namixx gym is a family run business owned by Raqual Lawal and Bianca Lawal. Having both been in the sports industry since childhood (Regional Gymnast and Sprinter) they both have years of experience as qualified coaches developing children’s potential in gymnastics
Learn-Practice-Grow
Skill Base
The complex skills that the gymnasts will learn are backward walkovers, forward aerials, back handsprings bar skills and more.
flexibility
The flexibility sessions will help improve their overall posture, which will be beneficial later in adult life.
Strength & Conditioning
These sessions consist of weight-bearing exercises that help prevent injuries such as press-ups, straddle leavers, frog balance and more.

All abilities are welcome and classes are differentiated based on the age and ability of the gymnasts. Our classes run every saturday and sunday during term time. At Namixx we also run squad classes, these classes are invitation only for the more advanced gymnasts

Parents & Toddlers
6 months +
What a better way to spend time with your little one in a fun and safe environment. This is the very first stages into the world of gymnastics. These clases are aimed at kids 6months+.
Pre-School
3-4 years old
This class is for our beginners, aged 3 - 4. Our aim is to build your child's confidence while making good use of all their built up energy. Each gymnasts has a chance to move up to mini squad based on their Abilities.
Namixx Juniors
5-8 years old
Namixx Juniors are aimed at kids 5 - 8. This age is when we focus great deal on strength training. Building weight strength will help gymnasts in completing advanced skills and Bar work.
Namixx Seniors
9 years +
Namixx Seniors is where we really put them to the test. During these classes are when the gymnasts and their parents are surprised at work skills they're more then capable of completing with consistency and hard work.
Parties
Why not host a fun and active party for your child at our club. We can tailor the party to your requirements to make the day one to remember, so dont worry about balloons, birthday cake, party bags, set ups and set downs because we got you covered.

Couldn't recommend Bianca and Raquel highly enough. Our daughter loves going there every Saturday. They have the balance between structured learning and having fun spot on. You can tell they genuinely have great fun teaching the children too which always make for a great class.

My daughter joined this gymnastics club after being with different clubs for years. Her decision was made because Raquel and Bianca. They are amazing. They make this club personable and welcoming. Their training is very good and you can see kids are improving and learning every session.
My 4 year old daughter has been attending Namixx for 6 months and she absolutely loves it. Each week the class is fun but structured, the skills she has learnt in 6 months are incredible and she recently entered her first competition and finished first! We love the way both the teachers are fun but also get the results out of the girls. We are very happy with the whole experience at Namixx.
